More bug fixes

- All door and window bugs fixed, including sill depth

- Check before letting user order to confirm model is saved, with a unique name, and not locked

- All walls (in all frame classes) are bottom-aligned. This maintains board alignment across multiple sheets.

- Modified Est. price calculation and added help text

- Excel-friendly pricing report, including wall/foundation/roof area for all frames

- Cosmetic tweaks to ordering process (window, button labels, etc)

- Added model name to top of all cut sheets.

- Added cutting cost to price reports for WindowOpening and DoorOpening classes.

Remaining on the fix list...

- Auto-drawn scoring for block walls, etc.

- Additional bracing for large-scale models.

- Fix for corner tabs on all frame classes.

- Foundation issues
